Happy New Year!

Hope you had a fantastic break and are ready to start 2011 with a bang! With the New Year upon us many people are starting their detox regimes, diets and gym visits or simply cutting back on spending.

The knock on effect of this is less foot-fall and you may be looking at ways to drive your cost of sales down. At this time your understanding of what the Fourth solutions can offer is more important than ever; whether you are tracking labour costs against revenue or stock purchases against wastage we want to give you the knowledge required to understand the figures being presented.

With that in mind we are pleased to offer FREE places in our reports and metrics workshops over the coming months. Please see our get involved section below, there are limited spaces so make sure you register to get your place now! Maximum of two places per company, please state in the email how many people will attend.

This month we are holding our NUTRITIONAL SEMINARS and there are still a couple of spaces left, email us at success@fourthhospitality.com if you would like more details. Don't forget we are also hosting two fantastic free seminars on the PENSION REFORM 2012 in February run by Standard Life.

Have a great month and speak soon.

Success story
Spianata&CoŽ is an authentic, Italian sandwich shop with 6 outlets in the City of London. Their aim is to offer you the best sandwiches in London. As well as sandwiches, they also offer a delicious range of homemade soups and salads, lasagna & parmigiana, authentic Italian coffee, cakes, biscotti and lots more!

Spianata&CoŽ was started by Stefano and Saturnino, both of whom share a genuine passion for the Mediterranean approach to food, which they grew up with. It is a healthy approach that focuses on simplicity and taste. Classic, Italian recipes are always made up of a small number of carefully chosen ingredients, where the flavours and textures do all the work. That is why at Spianata&CoŽ, you will find authentic classics that have stood the test of time and are as genuine as you might find in Rome or Milan.

The secret behind the success of their sandwiches, is their SpianataŽ bread (or to give it its Italian name, Pizza Bianca Romana). Words simply cannot describe the aroma, texture and taste of this authentic, Roman, flat bread."

"I would strongly recommend Fourth Hospitality to any company in the hospitality sector looking to expand and grow rapidly. Fourth's software as a service plays a key role in the scalability and effective management of my business."

Spianata & Co. Founder.

Our people
Hello, I'm Anna Buckle and I have been responsible for the Relationship Management Team here at Fourth Hospitality since September last year.

Our team provides a key contact for each of our Customers. We work closely and proactively with our Customers to anticipate ways to support changing business needs, from organising training to ensuring the systems are set up and delivering to your high level business goals.

The most enjoyable part of my job is spending time with our Customers; getting to know the detail behind the businesses and seeing our shared goals achieved. No day is ever the same for me which makes my job really interesting.

I have had the exciting experience of watching Fourth Hospitality grow; having started working with Fourth in 2003 when there were only a handful of us in the office. I left in 2005 and spent 4 years working as an Operations Manager in the industry returning in 2009 as a Relationship Manager. Since then I have been promoted to lead the team; I expanded the team at the latter end of 2010 and am enjoying the opportunity we have to develop and evolve Fourth Hospitality's approach to our Customer Management.
