We are delighted to let you know the management team of Fourth Hospitality has as of Friday 18th March 2011, concluded an investment agreement with ECI Partners.

ECI are a UK based private equity firm and will be supporting the management team in strengthening our UK product offerings and the growth of Fourth internationally.

Founders Derek and Edwina Lilley will remain as investors in Fourth.

Fourth's continued focus is the provision of world class, cloud based 'Software as a service' systems to control the core costs of labour & payroll, purchasing & stock. For you, this means continued and enhanced strength within Fourth, where in the region of £2m each year is invested in research and development.

Fourth's product set features people system, which manages employee lifecycle from HR and scheduling to payroll and benefits, star chef provides full enterprise recipe management, menu planning with calorie and full nutritional analysis, trade simple provides electronic trading, supplier integration, invoice management and procurement, and fnb manager which handles stock control, recipe and menu engineering and online ordering. Payroll and Managed Accounts Processing (FourthSight) are fully integrated services operated by Fourth Hospitality.
